We work closely with several furniture brokers and can provide assistance with furniture valuation and liquidation of assets that you wish to part with. FaciliCon also recognizes the need to be environmentally conscious and if your assets can not be sold, we can provide recycling services for both furniture and electronic equipment. For every 40 workstations that are sold as used product or recycled, over 36,000 pounds of materials are saved from landfills, providing a proven valuable environmental service.
Our team understands that you have limited office space and need to utilize it to its maximum efficiency. We believe each client should work with an experienced and knowledgeable project manager from a project’s start to finish, regardless of project size. In addition, we employ a designer to help you when changes need to be made or to help you maximize the use of your existing office systems.

FaciliCon also offers 120,000 sq ft of clean, secure warehouse space across three prime locations for the long or short term storage of your office furniture and equipment . Each item is placed in protective packaging, carefully stored, and secured on your behalf. We also offer customers twenty-four hour online access to an exclusive furniture asset management program, allowing our clients the convenience of retrieving and requesting delivery of their own stored items electronically at any time.
In an effort to best serve our clients, FaciliCon strives to stay up-to-date with the latest systems and manufacturers in our growing and ever changing industry. We work closely with industry manufacturers to obtain the latest training and certifications on newly available products. We are currently certified in several systems from manufacturers including: Teknion, Haworth, and Steelcase.
The FaciliCon team has been trained to clean upholstery and carpet with a professional method or alternatively, we are also able to perform panel re-fabrication and furniture re-upholstery. Our company also employs a wood touch up and repair specialist to bring your existing furniture to a like-new condition to help you obtain the new look you want with the assets you currently have.
